While I prefer the more wooden classic juicer, I certainly know enough professional bartenders who reach for this instead. And it does have its advantages, the biggest one being that you get noting but juice, and no seeds. It's also a little easier to handle for a lot of people.
High quality stainless you wiping it down generally does most of the cleaning for you, although like... actually wash it too when it needs it.
